I train with Sean at Find Your Fitness studio, I first heard about FYF through Sean himself after I expressed an interest in having more one to one training to help me achieve my goals.
I have always been one of these people that put on weight easily, and I felt it was time push myself but never really knew a lot about nutrition and exercise.
Before starting training I was quite nervous, I had only ever done a little bit of cardio here and there but Sean went through a thorough consultation where I was able to discuss my goals and concerns.
I was really excited to start training after my first consultation. Sean was incredibly friendly and helpful, I have been put off with personal training in the past because I didn't know what to expect but Sean was very understanding of my concerns and was extremely encouraging.
In the past I have always relied on fad diets which don't work in the long run. By training and changing my diet I am seeing ongoing improvements with my strength and body shape.
